 1. Place your filter in the pour-over cone and pre-rinse it with hot water to remove any papery taste. Discard the rinse water.

2. Grind the coffee beans to a medium consistency, similar to sea salt.
Begin by pouring 60 grams of hot water (around 200-205°F) over the coffee grounds.

3. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30-45 seconds. This allows the coffee to release trapped gases and prepares it for optimal extraction.

4. After the blooming period, start pouring water slowly and steadily in a circular motion over the coffee grounds.

5. Pour until the scale reads 300 grams of water. Aim to maintain a consistent, steady pour to ensure even extraction.

6. Once the water level has decreased and is no longer visible above the coffee grounds, it's time for the second pour.

7. Continue pouring in a circular motion until you reach a total of 500 grams of water.

8. Give your coffee a gentle stir to ensure uniformity in flavor.

9. Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug and savor every sip of your perfectly brewed cup!
